Job Description
- We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Programmatic Campaign Manager with strong hands-on experience in Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ad manger (GAM). This role is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimising programmatic campaigns within DV360, with secondary responsibilities supporting the Ad Operations team in Google Ad Manager (GAM). The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets, performance metrics, and optimisation models. This position will report to the Head of Adtech.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and launch campaigns within DV360
- Manage Open Auction, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
- Develop and execute advanced audience targeting strategies
- Monitor budget pacing and implement bid strategy optimisations
- Analyse campaign performance data and identify statistically meaningful trends
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI
- Implement Floodlight tracking and ensure accurate conversion measurement
- Ensure brand safety and verification compliance
- Prepare detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with strategy, sales, and analytics teams to align on KPIs
- Present and introduce new features and opportunities
Educational Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and packages.
Skills and Competencies
- 1–3 years hands-on experience in DV360
- Strong understanding of: Programmatic buying models (CPM, vCPM, CPA)
- Bid strategies and pacing logic
- Auction dynamics and deal structures
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical capability
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make optimisation decisions confidently
- Comfortable working with KPIs, margins, and performance forecasts
- High attention to detail with a structured, logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under deadlines
